With all the new projects we have coming up in the next few months we’re looking to grow the 383 team. Here’s what we’re after- hopefully it’s you!:
We are a multidisciplinary design studio based in the centre of Birmingham, UK who are currently looking for a PHP & MySQL developer to produce content managed websites, online apps and other ongoing projects.
You must be an expert in translating designs into code, producing XHTML/CSS templates from PSDs. You will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging and troubleshooting web applications and scripts on various browsers & platforms.
Required experience:
Expert knowledge of (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript (particularly the jQuery library), PHP and MySQL is required. Experience with other server-side languages and web frameworks is a benefit. Prior experience of developing for WordPress (themes and plugins) is highly desirable along with a working knowledge of Photoshop.
Most of our websites are built upon the Wordpress CMS, using a combination of bespoke and third-party plugins to achieve the extended functionality required by our clients. As such, a good working knowledge of WordPress is imperative, with further examples of work a bonus.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
