Client/ Broad Street BID
Brief/ Broad Street BID are a business improvement district for one of the UK’s largest entertainment and business districts. 383 were commissioned to develop a website for the BID which would increase B2C exposure for businesses within the area, highlight the diverse nature of the area to shift perception away from being a solely entertainment district and improve communication between the BID staff and levy payers.
Outcomes/ The new website enabled the BID to substantiate their activity and spending more clearly through the use of site analytics.The site leveraged existing content from other third party sites such as YouTube, enabling the Broad Street offer to be communicated through UGC. The CMS gave a manageable presence to each of the 270 businesses within the area and instantly improved the level of information available to the public.
