Brief/ As one of the UK’s busiest shopping centres, Bullring required a new customer loyalty site to build brand awareness and ensure customers were in constant contact with the centre. The site needed to keep customers engaged, put them at the centre of the activity and build the online community.
Outcomes/ The new site allows users to browse the latest fashion news and collections from stores courtesy of the new Look Book. Customer interaction and participation was encouraged with the addition of a Birmingham street style blog, member benefits and redemptions, and better integration with social networks.
