Brief/  Crosby Lendlease wanted a way of representing their property development work to independent surveyors across the city. The folder needed to represent the amount of development work Crosby was undertaking and illustrate to independent evaluators the difference in specification when compared with other developments.

Outcomes/ 383 Project created a stylised illustration of all the developments spanning the front and back cover of the folder. To ensure that the high specification of the developments was successfully conveyed through the design a number of photographs highlighting key brands were inset as thumbnails and accompanied by site specific statistical information.
