Brief/ Crosby Lendlease required a piece of print collateral for the UK Property Investors Show. 383 Proposed that rather than opting for a standard format brochure, the Crosby offer would be better promoted through a piece of print that had immediate impact and stood out from the crowd.

Outcomes/ Copywriting, design & production completed in two weeks from commission to sign off. Excellent response levels from the Property Investors Show at Birmingham NEC enabled Crosby to generate leads and increase off plan sales.
