Client/ Harpers - Westfield
Brief/ Harpers was an existing brand which required a complete refresh to fit in with a new contemporary scheme at Westfield Merry Hill. The entire offer of ‘British Classics’ needed to be represented in a contemporary way to attract passing trade amongst strong competiton. As well as redesigning the logo, 383 were responsible for creating the food court frontage which encompassed high spec glass services, composite stepped counter tops and menu board design.
Outcomes/ In the first quarter, the new brand significantly outperformed established worldwide fast food brands who had also launched at the centre. The updated design and fit out has become the blueprint for a national roll out at other Westfield centres across the UK.
